Expoxidized Soyabean Oil

Epoxidized soybean oil (ESBO) is a collection of organic compounds obtained from the epoxidation of soybean oil.

ESBO is a plasticizer used in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastics. Suntek ESBO finds its application at the time when PVC undergoes heat treatment, this works as a plasticizer and also as a scavenger for hydrochloric acid, released from PVC. It also increases the overall heat stability.
